Licensed Clinical Social Worker

About Me
Hey! I’m Alissa (she/her). I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing Telehealth therapy across North Carolina (in an agency) and Pennsylvania (private practice- soon). I work with adolescents and adults navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, grief, trauma, and major life transitions. My therapy is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and the belief that healing begins when we feel truly seen.
I don’t believe in fixing people. I believe in helping you reconnect with your own strength, truth, and voice. My approach is humanistic and collaborative. Together, we create a space where you can show up fully, whether you’re feeling messy, brilliant, grieving, or growing. You deserve to feel safe in that process.
I have deep experience supporting trauma survivors, neurodivergent individuals, and anyone moving through identity shifts, emotional overwhelm, or the weight of past wounds. I also work closely with clients exploring LGBTQ identity, sexuality, and the impact of religious trauma. Whether you’re processing childhood experiences, untangling patterns of people-pleasing, or trying to feel more like yourself again, I’m here to walk alongside you.
Therapy with me is relational, affirming, and grounded in evidence-based practices. It’s also creative, intuitive, and real. I bring my full self to this work and I invite you to do the same.
